Testing Our Mass Communication System

BPS will send a TEST weather message using our Mass Communication System

As we gear up for the winter season, we want to ensure that our communication channels are fully operational and ready to keep you informed. To test the effectiveness of our District Mass Communication System (ParentSquare), we will be sending a test weather message next week via a phone call, email, and text message.

This test message aims to ensure that you receive timely and accurate information in the event of a snow day or late start during the winter season.

Have you ever wondered… What does it feel like to ride the runners behind a team of dogs, steering a loaded sled through mountainous terrain, crossing the vast Alaskan tundra, hugging the shoreline of the great Bering Sea? What does it take to care for a team of Alaskan huskies? Could my dog be a sled dog, too?

Musher, Karen Land, will cover these subjects and more when she and Sophia, the Alaskan husky, visit our library on Saturday, November 22 at 10:00 AM. This event is open to and appropriate for all ages.
